Dear Anna, Thank you for reaching out. I appreciate the acknowledgment of my concerns and your willingness to discuss the situation. I want to be clear that my frustration stems not from a misunderstanding, but from a series of very specific issues that have remained unresolved despite multiple visits to the dealership and attempts to speak with senior management. I am willing to speak with you directly, provided the discussion is focused on resolving the following items: 1. A delivery defect — a cut in the rear leather seat that was present at the time of delivery and reported immediately. 2. A material misrepresentation at the time of sale regarding remote start / pre-cooling functionality, which was a deciding factor in my purchase due to medical necessity. 3. The lack of accountability and follow-through during my attempts to resolve these matters in person, including being told by Mr. Cameron Fisher that the issues were effectively my responsibility. I am interested in a fair and professional resolution and am hopeful this conversation can move us in that direction. Please let me know a mutually convenient time to speak. If you are not able to assist with this issue, please let me know and I will consider other options to protect my consumer rights.
