It's testament to why you should go to a different Nissan dealership for all around. Larry H Miller Nissan is nearby & took care of all my issues with a smile, even the insurance repair claim and went above and beyond the repair work as well as the customer service. I am trying to help customers that have been treated with low standards from Pinnacle Nissan & feel the way I do, trust me, it's way better go to a dealership that cares about their customers! Thus, does things right. Than it is to get the run around by Pinnacle Nissan because they're incompetent.

I get service here because i bought my truck here and the purchase was a great experience so i wanted to have my truck serviced here. And i drive about 25 minutes 1 way to this location. This vist was dissapointing because i waited nearly 2.5 hours for an oil change and the typical check-ups. In the past, the wait time was significantly less. I can go other places and pay less, wait less, and have better options for refreshments within walking distance. The customer lounge is lacking.

After 24 hours, I realized a made a mistake and wanted to get a better car. I was willing to take some loss and get a car of equal or greater value. Called sales rep and was told I would get a call back, nothing. I go down there the next day and Assistance Sales Manager told me with 172 miles on the car, it had depreciated $12k in 2 days! They did everything they could to get me out of the dealership as fast as possible. I called the next day and talked with a Sales Manager, I was told he would look into what my options were for returning car and getting a better car and get back to me. I explained I knew I was going to have to take some kind of loss, but 12k! Never heard from him! Sent an email to the General Manager and sent a message to his Linkedin account, never heard back! Sale rep finally called days later. It took me 3 phone calls and an extra trip to get my loan paperwork which they said they sent. I later found an extra $3000 service charge that was never talked about. There are a lot of dealerships in the valley, should have done more research. Needless to say, I won't be going back to Pinnacle, even for service.

I appreciate the response, after what has transpired, I don't think I should have to be the one to reach out again! I have tried that and it obviously doesn't work. If Pinnacle values me as a customer, which so far it doesn't seem so, then someone in management will call me with a resolution. I have lost all confidence in Pinnacle at this point!

I called the number and Anna Algiene isn't at that number. I was transferred to Matt, a sales manager, who transferred me to another voicemail. I have filed a complaint with Nissan Consumer Affairs. I thought these issues weren't reflective of the experience Pinnacle aims to provide, if that's true I would have received a call from someone. It has been a week.
