Great price, Honest, but slow and difficult after sold. Travis was great at getting me close to the rate I wanted and made sure I was under the monthly payment I requested. No issues with him a truly not pushy finance guy. Cameron and J.J. are very honest and upfront about the vehicles they are selling. Cameron is a bit slow to communicate but does eventually get you an answer. J.J., being a manager, is prompt when responding and has a more thourough answer. The vehicle we purchased was found to have an issue during their inspection and they were upfront and honest about the problem and had already started working on it. We inspected the vehicle, even when taken apart, and decided that it was still worth the few extra days wait. We were told it would be ready by Wednesday after we purchased it on Saturday. Had I not requested vehicle status updates, I don't believe I would've known how long the repair would take. Even after asking, daily, about the delivery and repairs being made, I was never given a solid "this is what we're fixing and it'll be done...(insert date)" other than the one divulged leak (apparently there were other issues found and we still don't know what was fixed). After one calendar week the vehicle was done...but there were not enough drivers to deliver it and had I not called the service department, I doubt I would've known it was done. I was told it would be delivered Monday (now 9 days later) and it was. I have since found a few more discrepencies not there when inspected the first time we saw it and am now waiting for multiple answers on them. They now want me to bring it back for them to inspect it...after it was in their service department for an extra six working days. If you want an honest dealership, you found it. If you want a great price, you'll get one. Just remember, you get what you pay for. More
