Horrible customer service, once you buy a car from them they could care less if you have any problems that need to be taken care of. I bought a used car from them about a month and a half ago and I had no they could care less if you have any problems that need to be taken care of. I bought a used car from them about a month and a half ago and I had no issues with anything through the buying process but they forgot to put on my paper tag or at least give me one to put on. Then they forgot to pre register my car and send me my metal license plate which apparently they have 2 days to do this. Only found out about that cause I had to go to the tag agency to get a real ID and was gonna use my car registration as part of my proof that I lived at the address I’m currently living at. So the tag agency had to register my car and give me a tag which is not their job but I can’t drive around without my car being registered in the state. When I called them about this and asked about why it happened and if I could get some type of discount on my document fee which is one of the highest in the state I was basically told oh we’re sorry that happened but it’s not my job and accused me of trying to get something over on them for asking for a refund. It’s really hard to even get them on the phone since they refuse to return any of your calls. The only people trying to get something over someone is them on their customers. So after I was completely dissatisfied with the response from the salesman(Cameron Reed) and the internet director I tried getting in contact with the sales manager whose name is Konstantine. I left several messages for him which went unanswered so I had to drive down there on a Saturday so I could talk to him and basically got the same thing, was told I would have had to go to the tag agency anyways and that they can’t give me any type of refund. He did offer me a free tank of gas which I told him I would think about while he investigated why my car wasn’t registered by them, which he said he would do first thing Monday. That was over a month ago, never called me and my calls have gone unanswered. He had given me his personal cell phone number so I know he got my messages and apparently didn’t care to call me back. Called again today and again didn’t answer but he texted me saying he was with customers and could call me back when he got free and what a surprise that he didn’t call me back at all. I also haven’t received my title yet, been told different answers on how long they have to give it to me. It’s either 30 or 60 days and we are getting close to 60. It’s obviously they train their staff to do this, it must come from the top down so beware if you even think about purchasing a car from them. They will lie right to your face and never return your calls and make you drive down there just to talk to them. I am beyond frustrated, it doesn’t seem like an overly complicated problem to fix and have turned it into something much bigger than it needed to be. I’d love to talk to the owner or someone higher up on the food chain so we can resolve this. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is exactly why car dealerships get a bad rep More

I tried my best to give the dealer a fair shot at a good review. I signed a purchase agreement for a vehicle they had listed online. I had some major issues. The first and most concerning is odometer fraud. review. I signed a purchase agreement for a vehicle they had listed online. I had some major issues. The first and most concerning is odometer fraud. I signed a purchase agreement for a vehicle with 28,900 miles on it. A few days later when I received pictures of the vehicle it has 37,100 miles on it. Over 7,000 more! This was clear false advertising and they all claimed they had "no idea" how it happened. Thanks for the $250 off the vehicle lol. The second issue was a broken carplay screen that they did not tell me about until I got photos of the vehicle and discovered the issue. I will say we agreed on a fair price for this issue and that is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. But the issue should be disclosed along with the odometer fraud knowing I was going to buy the vehicle. The third issue was a terrible transaction experience. We agreed that I was going to fly in all the way from Michigan to pick up the vehicle. I gave them the date a week and a half in advance and signed all the paper and wired the money before I arrived. When I showed up I sat at the dealer for over 3 hours to sign one piece of paper and learn that the car needed a new battery. They discovered the battery was weak the day prior to pickup and said they forgot to service it until I arrived the next day. Not to mention that the sales department only checked in on my 2 or 3 times total and did not even show me the vehicle until It was time to drive it off the lot. The final issue was that I sat in the vehicle for the first time and noticed less than 1/4 tank of gas. At least fill the tank up for all these issues. Not a good image for the dealer. More
