I tried my best to give the dealer a fair shot at a good review. I signed a purchase agreement for a vehicle they had listed online. I had some major issues. The first and most concerning is odometer fraud. review. I signed a purchase agreement for a vehicle they had listed online. I had some major issues. The first and most concerning is odometer fraud. I signed a purchase agreement for a vehicle with 28,900 miles on it. A few days later when I received pictures of the vehicle it has 37,100 miles on it. Over 7,000 more! This was clear false advertising and they all claimed they had "no idea" how it happened. Thanks for the $250 off the vehicle lol. The second issue was a broken carplay screen that they did not tell me about until I got photos of the vehicle and discovered the issue. I will say we agreed on a fair price for this issue and that is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. But the issue should be disclosed along with the odometer fraud knowing I was going to buy the vehicle. The third issue was a terrible transaction experience. We agreed that I was going to fly in all the way from Michigan to pick up the vehicle. I gave them the date a week and a half in advance and signed all the paper and wired the money before I arrived. When I showed up I sat at the dealer for over 3 hours to sign one piece of paper and learn that the car needed a new battery. They discovered the battery was weak the day prior to pickup and said they forgot to service it until I arrived the next day. Not to mention that the sales department only checked in on my 2 or 3 times total and did not even show me the vehicle until It was time to drive it off the lot. The final issue was that I sat in the vehicle for the first time and noticed less than 1/4 tank of gas. At least fill the tank up for all these issues. Not a good image for the dealer. More
