I was traveling East, had an issue with a front tire. They had the exact tires in stock. Allowed me to park my 5th wheel in the parking lot to allow the tire change. Candi also had my truck washed, I noticed at this time that the Aluminum front rims looked disgusting with a film. (Both front rims). I completed my trip, less then 24 hours the left front tire lost pressure. I made arrangements to stop by to look at this tire. They found the extension ws leaking. (Maybe should have found when mounting? This film took my FORD Dealer 2+ hours to partially clean this film from the wheel. What ever was used during the mounting process caused this DAMAGE!!!! I had a bad experience the first time due to a special sale where different salesmen travel to other companies. They were very aggressive and didnt fully listen to my needs. I was sold a used non ford car that was costing me. Ford informed me they no longer do that sale and made things right. They did not pressure me, listened to me, and got a vehicle as close to my budget as they could. I had trust issues with this place, but with them being really patient with me as I am undecided, because of my past experience. I now happily own a 2019 ford escape.
