I was needing an oil change on my van but was planning to do it in the coming couple of weeks. The odometer was warning me it was coming up. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency and I needed to drive ove do it in the coming couple of weeks. The odometer was warning me it was coming up. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency and I needed to drive over 50 miles out of town for the weekend & needed to make sure my van would be good to go & not have to worry about regular maintenance while away from my home area. I called on a Friday when we got the news, an hour before the service department closed, to see if I could get a quick appointment & was able to, especially since I already had the oil & filter it needed. Thankfully, they were able to get me in & get it done the same day! I felt much more confident my van would then be okay for the trip and the stay I needed for the four days I would be gone from home, with my elderly mother along with me. I wasn’t sure if I would’ve needed to stay longer or not, thus going over when I was previously planning to have it changed. Thank you very much Auto Park Ford, Sturgis for squeezing me in real quick!!! More

My car was a dirty mess. When I picked it up I could not believe it was my car. My car was beautiful, it looked brand new and I am very proud of the detail they did on it and I will return. Over the top experience I had called ahead about what appeared to be a problem..when I arrived they took my car right back,conferred with me regarding a prior jump start and I had called ahead about what appeared to be a problem..when I arrived they took my car right back,conferred with me regarding a prior jump start and need for a new battery which they then immediately installed while providing a chair for me to sit outside with mask on . The job was done in 30 minutes or so with courteous help from everyone.very helpful. More
