Cannon Campbell is an amazing Service Advisor! !! I have had my car in for Service twice this week for the same problem. I had rodents chewing on my engine wires. Both times Cannon was quick to spo !! I have had my car in for Service twice this week for the same problem. I had rodents chewing on my engine wires. Both times Cannon was quick to spot the problem and address it. The second visit is where he really shone! He kept updated on each step and advised me of options to help prevent this problem. He has been more just efficient, he really cares about his customers. I also want to praise his service team, One of them brought something he uses at home to prevent rodents from doing this, I was very impressed that he supplies his own solution to my problem.
