Hello Auri, we sincerely apologize for the extended wait time during your recent visit. The delay was caused due to our tire machine being in use at the time, and we understand that you should've been advised that the wait time would be longer. We also want to apologize for the oversight in not properly adjusting the tire pressure on your new tire and the hood not being fully latched. We recognize how serious these issues are and appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Safety is our top priority, and we regret that we fell short. This was discussed with our Service Manager, and he did advise that it had already been addressed and handled internally to ensure this does not happen again. We are actively working on training and oversight to prevent similar situations in the future. We truly value your feedback and your business.
