I don’t mind waiting cuz I expected to be delayed anyway but as she promise 2hrs and didn’t even update me I waited for 4hrs w/kid The longest waited ever in there usually im out after 2hrs. This time there was a severe lack of communication. I was told on Thursday my truck would be done Friday or Saturday (water pump replacement). Monday comes I call 4 times to get an update. Technician w I was told on Thursday my truck would be done Friday or Saturday (water pump replacement). Monday comes I call 4 times to get an update. Technician was just trying to get the pump out without removing the timing cover. But was told it should be done by the end of the day. I call back aroud 5pm and my advisor is gone for the day no update. Truck not ready. Truck ended up being done Tuesday afternoon. More

Capri was PHENOMENAL! !! She ensured that my questions and concerns about my vehicle were answered and informing me once the service was completed. She thoroughly informed !! She thoroughly informed me about tbe Sunbit’s program, which I needed to use at the time of my vehicle service. Honestly, Torrance Nissan was exceptional in their service and support; a couple of note worthy things; one of the mechanics kindly and patiently guided me to Capri (it was my 1st time at the dealership and I had NO CLUE where to go lol$ when I first arrived for my appointment and ensured that I was supported, they are transparent in their delivery of your vehicle’s need - sending a video detailing what’s going well with it and what’s in need of service, and they WASHED my car (I’ve been a Nissan customer for over 8 years and several years ago the Nissan dealerships I would go to stopped washing my car so that was a pleasant surprise!! 100% I have found my new dealership for vehicle maintenance and service and will definitely be back! Thanks you Capri for making me feel valued, welcomed and seen (as a licensed clinical social worker. I have a great gauge of character and I had a sense that you would be,l creme de la creme) and thank you Torrance Nissan! More
