Adrian Navarro was very patient with my parents who speak limited English. He explained everything well about the vehicle to my parents in Spanish. Took them for a test drive, went over the vehicle’s feature limited English. He explained everything well about the vehicle to my parents in Spanish. There was a moment where I asked him for 5 minutes of privacy with my parents to discuss the vehicle and he was very professional! “Car Joe” in finance was just an awesome person to deal with. The rest of the staff would also greet us and were very friendly.
