I had a pretty good experience it could’ve been better Joe was very kind and patient. When my husband and I were leaving I asked the second time key and I was told that I have to wait until I come back Th Joe was very kind and patient. When my husband and I were leaving I asked the second time key and I was told that I have to wait until I come back Thursday to show that I have insurance. I did not like that. I don’t understand why that happened or does it only happen to your customers of color? I called Joe back after I left because I was very tired and he said I should’ve come and got him and said something. He further said when I come Thursday and I can get at that time. I called you back to the dealership and told our salesman I will be there to pick up the second key tomorrow. Thursday is not an option, I never should’ve been told that in the first place, I did give a good review in the beginning but I’m kind of taking that back because of my experience that happened at the very end as my husband and I were about to drive off the lot. More
