Choosing a car can be a daunting process, but my recent experience at Krieger Ford was great from start to finish. From the beginning, Carl Easley was very welcoming. I was not sure which vehicle I wanted but he listened attentively to what I was looking for and presented several models and explained all of the options. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and he was patient while I test drove a few different models and even looked at other vehicles at other dealerships over the course of a couple of weeks before deciding on the Mustang Mach-e. As it is my first electric vehicle, he sat with me and went through all of the vehicle setup options and offered helpful tips to make the most of my driving experience. After 2 weeks, I am very happy with my purchase. My very tall family fits comfortably and it is so fun to drive I no longer dread my daily commute! Krieger Ford was nothing but easy to deal with. Carl accommodated our tight schedule. Carl was always available to answer a question. So in the end we decided to go with Krieger largely because the Carl accommodated our tight schedule. Carl was always available to answer a question. So in the end we decided to go with Krieger largely because they had exact truck we needed and because of Carl Closing took no time at all because the paperwork was prepared in advance. We came in, sat down, signed, and that part of the deal was done in record time. I gladly purchased a warranty for the truck and could not have been happier with the whole process.. In all seriousness, we've all bought many cars in our lives. This was by far one of if not the easiest deals I've ever been involved with. We went back-and-forth for a week or so while I tried to find the truck with everything I wanted. Carl was accommodating and professional. In the end Krieger Ford had the right truck and the right team to make the deal. Thanks ! More
