Our journey to owning our new ‘25 Maverick began in late ‘24. I contacted Carl to do a test drive of a ‘24 Maverick, just to get a feel for it Carl went out of his way to accommodate and educate me on th ‘24. I contacted Carl to do a test drive of a ‘24 Maverick, just to get a feel for it Carl went out of his way to accommodate and educate me on the different features of the new ‘25 Maverick. We sat down and put together an order, with no pressure at all. Carl helped us through the entire process from placing the order to communicating along the entire process of manufacturing, shipping and receiving. He shared realistic timeframes for delivery ( which Ford exceeded). On the day of pickup, Carl met us with a smile and helped us finalize the paperwork. He even spent a good amount of time helping me set up and navigate the electronics on the new vehicle. Carl was recommended by another family member. What I did not realize is that Carl had been with Krieger Ford for over 30 years! He truly seemed to enjoy his work and made our entire experience excellent. He is truly an asset to Krieger Ford.
