I recently purchased a 2021 Ford F-150 from Krieger Ford, and my experience was exceptional, thanks to Carl. From the start, Carl impressed me with his candid and straightforward communication. I had requested specific info online and told him not to waste my time if they couldn’t provide a response to my actual questions. Carl responded promptly, giving me the information I needed, and we set up a test drive for a Saturday morning. On the day of the test drive, I brought my two kids along, which could have easily turned into a stressful situation, but Carl and the Krieger Ford team made the whole process smooth and efficient. The sale went perfectly, and I left feeling very happy with my new (used) truck. What really set Carl apart, though, was his follow-up after the sale. Over a week later, I had some additional questions about the truck. Instead of brushing me off or giving a generic response, Carl went above and beyond. He insisted on bringing the truck in for a complete service inspection, including an oil change and tire rotation, and even filled the tank with gas. To top it off, he made it even more convenient by meeting me with a loaner vehicle near my house after I dropped my son off at school. This kind of service is truly next level, and I couldn’t be more impressed. If you’re looking for a vehicle and appreciate honest, efficient service without the usual dealership hassle, I highly recommend Carl and Krieger Ford.
