Carl was helpful at every step along the way. I found this truck on auto trader at the right price. I called and confirmed it was there and the price was correct, we submitted the credit application base this truck on auto trader at the right price. I called and confirmed it was there and the price was correct, we submitted the credit application based on my preapproval and they were able to get the exact terms I was preapproved for. They help the truck for a week which gave me time to fly up and pick it up. Since I bought a one way flight from GA I was worried about a bait and switch tactic but the dealership was 100% straightforward and everything we agreed to on the phone was what I got. Dealership even gave it a new wash and installed my floormats and walked me through the sync setup. Very happy with it and would 10/10 be back for the next truck. More
