Great Experience For A First Time Ford Adventure I came into Krieger Ford originally because of one person, My Brother from another Mother, Luke Heidenescher in Service. I have became a first time Ford owner because of a second person, Carl Easley in Sales. From the start, Carl listened to what I was looking for and done absolutely everything to find what vehicle trim would fit my wants and made it happen. I have driven away from Kreiger Ford with way more of a vehicle for my budget than anyone else could offer and in the Model that drew me to Ford, the Explorer. I am driving the vehicle I have wanted for quite some time and Carl helped make that happen. He made sure I understood everything this vehicle can do with all of the options available and helped set everything up before I pulled away from the lot. I will be "Exploring" in style because of these boys and Krieger Ford has a new family member because of them. More

I received friendly, courteous responses from the receptionist who answered my call, a text message from sales manager informing me he’d contacted a sales person who’d be following up with me, then had delightful appointment with sales staff (Carl Easley), and finally the finance manager. I came into dealership intending to lease a vehicle, but discovered February specials were for purchases only. Carl listened to my needs & asked the right questions to match me with the perfect vehicle! I appreciated his attentive listening skills, his knowledge and professionalism.
