Jan, As previously discussed, it is standard industry practice to deliver pre-owned vehicles with the keys available at the time of acquisition. In our case, we follow this approach in order to maintain competitive pricing and pass those savings on to our customers. Similarly, when we receive trade-ins, it is common for customers to provide only the keys they have on hand.
