There were so many things that had not been done like gas in the tank, all fluids were empty. Oil had not been changed. Only got one fob. These are little things but should have been taken care of. Working with Carl was a pleasure. I had the settlement amount from my totaled Ford Explorer and couldn’t go over it, $8,000. Carl worked magic to get everything I needed for less than the settlement as I still had to do title & registration in Nevada where I live. Carl was outstanding. My wife and I were looking for a particular make and model truck. We searched nationwide and finally found one at Northwest Auto.It was higher pric My wife and I were looking for a particular make and model truck. We searched nationwide and finally found one at Northwest Auto.It was higher priced than average, yet it had a lower mileage and cleaner body than others we found. The management did not want accept my offer, which was $500 less than asking price. I kept in touch with Carl and after a month of being unable to sell it for their asking price, my offer was accepted. The stereo/gps system didn’t work properly, the tires were noisy on the road, the previous owners had tried paint the taillights and reflectors in a blackout style, The interior was average and a bit worn, which did not show up in pictures very well, but looked good enough to fly to Pasco from Colorado and buy it. Carl picked me up at the airport and we went to the dealership to finalize the paperwork. I drove it back to Colorado and determined what needed to be addressed. The title work was a challenge due to improper endorsements by the dealership. Carl facilitated getting a clean title, all by mail, and making sure it went through. It took three attempts, but success followed. After replacing the interior, tires, and stereo/gps, my wife has the truck she was after. Nice work Carl! More
