Derrick Weaver is who I worked with but the whole team made my experience great! Derrick is who I first had contact with from the time I called up until I drove off the lot. Derrick was very knowledgeable about every single detail about the vehicle I was interested in. He made me feel comfortable about my decision to purchase. I didn't feel pressured into buying something I really didn't want like I'd just experienced at a previous dealership I went to. He treated me like family which is important to me since I'm in for the long haul with such a commitment as buying a car. My mom was with me during the process and will be returning to purchase her next vehicle because of the environment and friendliness she observed. I would recommend Kia Oates to anyone who may be hesitant for any reason to buy a new/used car.
