This was one of the easiest car buying experiences that I have ever been through. I do not like going to dealerships due to being hassled about extra this and extra that. The buying process was superb, crisp and unpressured. The sales rep Jonathan was very knowledgeable, relatable and reliable. He kept me well informed every step of the process while I awaited my brand new vehicle to be delivered fresh off the delivery truck from the assembly line. I've worked with hundreds of sales representatives, specifically for cars in my tenure for buying and selling vehicles. Jonathan made this process one that shines as a beacon above the others, and Oakes should be proud to have someone as excellent as him on their team. Sales aside, I had a great time meeting the service staff and seeing all the friendly faces at oakes. The ipad process you guys have and use to show different packages, prices, my trade in value and all the nuts and bolts of your unique process was a breath of fresh air and it felt like numbers weren't just pulled out of thin area.
