He knew the Kia vehicle backwards, for needs. They made the car buying experience easy, painless, and an overall positive ordeal. Tyler was amazing. He knew the Kia vehicle backwards, forwards, sideways, and upside down. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. All questions were answered about not only the vehicle, but anything regarding the contracts, titles, service, etc. Tyler went over everything on the car the day of the test drive, and again before driving off the lot. He introduced us to both service dept areas and getting us everyone's cards. I feel very confident in referring anyone to Oakes and especially Tyler in the future. More
