The sales experience was great overall until 2 days after. I found out they weren’t upfront about the car history. Now I cannot purchase an extended warranty and trying to resell the car will not be ea after. I found out they weren’t upfront about the car history. Now I cannot purchase an extended warranty and trying to resell the car will not be easy in the future. I was offered an extended warranty during the sale for $2300 but that’s double of what it should be. Their resolution to the problem was for me to contact Carfax and work with them on the vehicle history. Carfax is only a reporting company they cannot rewrite history. Lesson learned, always get the Carfax upfront before buying. More
