After picking out the car I wanted it was time for the deal (you know find out what you get for you trade and what they want for their car, the back and forth, the part we all dread) but that didn't happen, the two gentlemen behind the tower where all the deals are made( forgot their names) worked hard on everything to get me the best deal I could get .Then I meet Shane Turner and Sean Donaldson in finance to seal the deal. I spoke with Carlos before coming in about what I was looking for & how much I could spend. When I arrived, everyone was friendly & very helpful. Carlos took the time to make sure I was truly getting the vehicle I wanted, & never showed me anything over the price I had told him that I wanted to stick to. There was no pressure, even when I looked at MANY vehicles before deciding on one in the lower part of what I was comfortable with spending. Darrell helped make sure we had everything together that we needed and made the process quick and stress-free. Sean was very informative and took his time making sure we had no questions left unanswered. I felt like everyone that we worked with was more concerned about us being 100% satisfied with our purchase than just making a sale. I can’t express how much we appreciate that.
