We had a really great experience working with Carlos and the team at VinFast. He was easy to talk to, patient, and made us feel comfortable through the whole process. What stood out the most was what happened after we took the car home. We had a few questions come up, and he made sure we could bring the car back in, get everything checked out, and that we were taken care of—and they absolutely followed through on that. Even better, he checked in a few days later to make sure we were still happy. That meant a lot. It showed he actually cared beyond just making the sale. Overall, really solid experience and great customer service where it counts. More
