First, I want to start out and say that the Service
Advisor Brian Meneses was really trying to provide good customer service. However, a diagnostic was not done upfront causing me to be inconvenienced
Advisor Brian Meneses was really trying to provide good customer service. However, a diagnostic was not done upfront causing me to be inconvenienced without a vehicle for 5 weeks. We brought the vehicle home end of December and notice that the vehicle was not working/ functioning. So had to take back to the Service dept. At that time, they finally produced a diagnostic and found several major problems with the vehicle and an additional astronomical additional bill. We have been taking our Chrysler 300 to Gilroy Chrysler,Jeep, Dodge Ram for 20 years and have NEVER experienced this type of service. Also they didn’t offer us a loaner car during this process. I would not refer their dealership/service dept to anyone at this point. Total invoice for the two invoices was…$7000+.
