I truly believe that a business can get by if they have a good product or service; but for a business to be excellent like that of Gosch Ford Temecula, the personnel must be very experienced and caring. My direct interactions recently were with Rachelle Long in the service department and Carlos Lopez in the parts department. I actually chose Gosch Ford Temecula due to very solid reviews on Yelp given for Rachelle; and to say the least, those reviews were right on. Rachelle did everything right from listening to me about my concerns about my F-150, to working with the service team to properly evaluate the issues, to keeping me in the loop every step of the way and making sure what needed to be done was done correctly. Bravo Rachelle! And then one might ask what could a sales person in a parts department do that would be above and beyond. When I couldn’t figure out how to install some tie downs on my F-150 that I had purchased at the dealership, I mentioned it to Carlos in the parts department. Although he was manning the phones and the parts sales desk, he said those tie downs could sometimes be a challenge to install. So he offered to go out quickly and help me figure out the challenge, all the while it being 90+ degrees. After installing three of four tie downs, he ran into the same problem that I had which was that one of the tie downs couldn’t be installed. Upon review, he determined there to be a slight manufacturing defect in the part. So, Carlos took it upon himself to take the first three off (not an easy task), then he got out a new set of four and he installed all four to make sure they worked properly. Bravo Carlos! From the beginning of just calling in to make an appointment, to cashiers ringing up my purchases, to their appointment system which reminded me a few times of my upcoming appointment, to Rachelle and Carlos, everyone was cheerful, respectful and they all came accross as caring about me. Our salesman, Maurice, was not high-pressure and directly showed us only the car we were interested in, a 2021 Bronco Sport. Carlos is parts was very helpful with our accessories order. In Service all the folks are polite, helpful and everything is neat and clean. We have been Ford customers all our lives (40+ yrs) but this is the first time we have worked with Gosch Temecula. I recommend this dealership. More

We have had good experiences at Gosch in Hemet, but this was our first experience with Gosch in Temecula, and it was great!
