Long wait time. Was told 3 days after buying vehicle that i would need to pay $5200 for a torque converter replacement. I was not happy with that and asked to speak to the service manager. They were able to get the dealer in Sherman that owned it before my purchase to cover the cost as well as gave me a loaner vehicle same model. The repair took more than two weeks. I can say it works great now and all is good! More
