Poor custom service. I have a new 2023 with the extended service agreement. This includes dent and scratch repair. Called service for an appointment and was told “We don’ I have a new 2023 with the extended service agreement. This includes dent and scratch repair. Called service for an appointment and was told “We don’t have a body shop. I asked where do I bring my car I was told that her service manager instructed her not to give me any information and not to discuss it with me. I asked to be transferred to finance and was denied because they didn’t know anything and are not up the latest information. I called back and spoke with Carlos who told me to bring my car to another dealer and be put on a waiting list. I brought my car to a private body shop and I am having the repair done also having to pay for a rental. As of today am still waiting for the callback from a manager . I will be not advised anyone to do business with you More

Dealers show room is impressive. The sales person was very attentive and friendly about buying a new Jeep. The contract people relative to fin̈ancingʻ took 4hours of wait time over The sales person was very attentive and friendly about buying a new Jeep.
