I am extremely disappointed and angry at the way I was treated by IAD Autos. This dealership is a complete scam. They sold me a car under the promise of a 20,000-mile maintenance warranty that was suppose treated by IAD Autos. This dealership is a complete scam. They sold me a car under the promise of a 20,000-mile maintenance warranty that was supposed to cover repairs, oil changes, and electrical issues — but it was all a lie. After the first oil change, my car showed that the oil was still due. Then the check engine light came on shortly after. When I returned to get it fixed, they refused to cover it under warranty and charged me out of pocket. When I complained, I was treated with complete disrespect. Their secretary was rude, their staff was unprofessional, and no one seemed to care about what they promised me at the time of sale. I tried to resolve the issue again, and the staff got even worse. [One of their staff members shouted at me, got in my face, physically stepped on my foot, and tried to intimidate and bully me.] He cursed me out, disrespected me, and told me to get out of the office like I was trash. I have an amputated wrist, and I truly believe he was trying to take advantage of that to intimidate me. This was a disgusting experience. These people are not professional, not honest, and not safe to deal with. I will never forget the way I was treated. What they promised and what they delivered are two different things. If you care about your money, your safety, and your dignity — STAY FAR AWAY from IAD Autos. The cars they sell are unreliable, their promises are fake, and their customer service is beyond terrible.
