I really don’t like to go to dealership because that process stress me, but Carlos handle it very well.
Carlos Salazar is a great sales person and it’s funny because he love to go skiing in my home country in Europe and that break the ice during the sale. Thank you again Carlos to put back some souvenir of me skiing to the place where you went

I had a very disappointing experience with Hollywood Kia.
They charged me $1,000 for servicing a car I purchased from them, but when I received the car, the service light was still on. I then had to pay an a
They charged me $1,000 for servicing a car I purchased from them, but when I received the car, the service light was still on. I then had to pay an additional $2,000 to actually complete the required service.
I was told by Hollywood Kia that the car did not need anything, and I trusted them, especially since I purchased the car without seeing it in person. I sent multiple letters explaining the situation. I did not ask for the $2,000 back, only a refund of the $1,000 they charged me for service that clearly was not done.
On top of that, the car was shipped to me without a temporary tag. It took almost a month for them to send it, which meant I could not legally drive the car during that time.
They have not responded to my attempts to resolve this, and now I am forced to take this matter to small claims court. Very poor communication and customer service.
