I had a very disappointing experience with Hollywood Kia. They charged me $1,000 for servicing a car I purchased from them, but when I received the car, the service light was still on. I then had to pay an additional $2,000 to actually complete the required service. I was told by Hollywood Kia that the car did not need anything, and I trusted them, especially since I purchased the car without seeing it in person. I sent multiple letters explaining the situation. I did not ask for the $2,000 back, only a refund of the $1,000 they charged me for service that clearly was not done. On top of that, the car was shipped to me without a temporary tag. It took almost a month for them to send it, which meant I could not legally drive the car during that time. They have not responded to my attempts to resolve this, and now I am forced to take this matter to small claims court. Very poor communication and customer service. More
