We were looking to trade in our Fusion and Carlos (Tejada) found us a great deal on a new Esc Greenway Ford was a blessing for my wife and I recently. We were looking to trade in our Fusion and Carlos (Tejada) found us a great deal on a new Escape. I was grateful that I qualified for the promotion on that vehicle. Ford really takes care of their repeat clientele! Even though the entire process (from scouting the car, to trading in the old car, to running credit checks, to signing for the new one) did take a very long time (4+ hours) and was a bit exhausting near the end, as a whole, I have to say that we walked away pleased. Tired, but happy. Everything Carlos did, he did in a very relaxed, patient, and professional manner. He seemed to look for deals with our best interests in mind. We didn't feel pressured to buy anything, which made the decision to go with Greenway that much easier. More
