Quick and Easy with Friendly Faces No one wants to spend a day off from work shopping for a new vehicle. Dealerships are typically unfriendly places. You anticipate getting taken advantage of during the dealmaking process, and expect everyone from the receptionist to the sales manager to lie to your face. Fortunately, that wasn't my experience at Leith VW! Indeed, it was a downright pleasant experience. Our salesman, Troy, was friendly, accommodating, and honest, as were Carlos and Josh. I also really appreciated the transparency during the dealmaking process. The system that Leith VW employs helps buyers see the deal or deals on the table, and also updates in real time, cutting down on all the traditional "back and forth." From the time we test drove the 2019 Jetta, to the time we signed the deal, it was no more than two or three hours. Long story long, I've no doubt I'll be back with my partner once his Jeep lease is up in a year! Thanks again to everyone at Leith VW and happy new year! :) More

He lied so to give me an impression that an additional service package doesn’t increase my monthly payment. Apparently I should stick with the rule that there is no free lunch and should confirm the number by myself instead of believing him. It is so sad that you need bring your own accounting guy to deal with this dealer and can’t trust them. More
