I called in for an appointment to get my batteries checked. Appt. Time 9:00 am truck in shop about 9:20 about 10:00 was informed one of my batteries was very weak. Bought their battery (original equip checked. Appt. Time 9:00 am truck in shop about 9:20 about 10:00 was informed one of my batteries was very weak. Bought their battery (original equipment) $180.00 I installed the battery myself saved about $130.00 on installation. Took the bad battery back for $16.00 core. Took about another 40 minutes to process the core refund. Not a terrible ordeal but next time I’ll go to advance auto parts who checks the battery for free and installs for free and save about an hour. More
