I was pleasantly surprised when i got in the car to leave to find they had done an excellent job vacuuming the floor. When I vacuum it there usually still some small pea gravel in the carpet. This was my first time bringing my in for service since I moved from California and the difference is amazing! The staff was friendly and welcoming. My oil change was completed in a timely manner. Every time I come here they seem to approach me with about 4 more problems that "need to be fixed", so much so that it feels scammy. Most of the people are friendly but there is one lady that is rude an about 4 more problems that "need to be fixed", so much so that it feels scammy. Most of the people are friendly but there is one lady that is rude and ruins the whole experience. Also, I see other dealerships in town that wash and vacuum the vehicle before giving it back to you and this one never does, so I am not sure what the survey means by "did they sanitize your vehicle" More
