Unfortunately the salesmen I was working with was very green and admitted he had little to no training, which is of no fault of his own. He was thrown out to the lot to perform when he was not adequately green and admitted he had little to no training, which is of no fault of his own. He was thrown out to the lot to perform when he was not adequately prepared. There was an issue with the tire of the car I was buying and they said they would get it fixed. The following day it got “fixed” and was delivered to my house. Within 24 hours it was flat again. I then took it to my tire repair store and they found the issue to be the stem, which makes me wonder if the dealer ever fixed it in the first place. They did agree to reimburse for the repairs. More

I have issues with this vehicle which I informed Jordan 5 days after purchase. Trying to get customer service is next to impossible. Finally when I drove to Glenn to get answers on August 20th a salesman nam days after purchase. Trying to get customer service is next to impossible. Finally when I drove to Glenn to get answers on August 20th a salesman named Ben gives me a note saying I can take the vehicle to Glenn in Emenince on October 20th!!!, 2 months. I asked what happens if it breaks down, "no worries it's under warranty". Where do I have it taken to, what do I do for a loaner. "No worries Chrysler will take care of it". Later I'm told not sure about loaner vehicle. When I finally got Jordan to call back Sept 18, he said this was the first he'd heard about this. Said he'd talk to Ben and his manager, as of September 22 haven't heard from anyone. I would NOT recommend buying from Glenn in Crestwood. More

Can’t say much about this because I’m going take it to Swope for repairs the tale lights were out and I got ticket from a state trooper because of safety still not happy under the was full of dry mud tire Swope for repairs the tale lights were out and I got ticket from a state trooper because of safety still not happy under the was full of dry mud tires was bad I replaced them so the motor had dirt on it as well and the left door panel fell off has to be repaired and left side mirror don’t open and close right side don’t go up or down close to be junk truck More
