My first experience with D&M Leasing began with a call from Carter Steele, and within minutes I knew he was the person I wanted to work with. Carter stands out in this industry—his expertise, professional from Carter Steele, and within minutes I knew he was the person I wanted to work with. Carter stands out in this industry—his expertise, professionalism, and genuine commitment to guiding the customer through the process are truly rare When we discussed what I was looking for in a new vehicle, Carter took the time to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and understand not just my preferences but how the vehicle would fit into my lifestyle. Instead of sending me a long list of options with varying features, he thoughtfully compiled everything I had described and presented one choice—one that matched my needs perfectly. That level of attention and intention is something you don’t often see. I have always believed that great people make great organizations, and Carter is a perfect example of that. I would gladly recommend him to any friend or family member searching for a new or used vehicle. After 40 years of driving, this was easily one of the most enjoyable and well‑matched car‑buying experiences I’ve had. Thank you, Carter. I love my vehicle. Thank you for all your efforts!
