I found a car listed with Don Herring on the Internet filled out the form on their website and also typed in questions in the "Let's Chat" section. The phone rang and another person told me the car is at the Irvings location and should come see it there. While on the road heading to Irving and get another call from a representative who told me the car was SOLD that morning and that he had a very similar car at the Dallas location. I called my wife en route to tell her I was heading to Dallas and some details about the car. Then their lie unraveled. The car I was first looking at was a 2019 Ford Fusion Energi Titanium VIN: 3FA6P0SUXKR258525 with 30,884. That was two days ago and it is still listed for sale. Shameless. The very similar car the man in Dallas wanted me to come buy was a 2020 Ford Fusion Titanium (gasoline not hybrid) with 69,322 miles, almost 125% more miles than the car I wanted originally. The only this similar was the price and the manufacturer. He offered a different model, a different power system, significantly higher mileage, and a lie. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ETHICALLY CHALLENGED DEALERSHIP. Finally question. Why, if sold two days ago, is the car still posted for sale on their website? More
