The dealership was able to get my son’s truck in and get the tire plugged for him very quickly and at a great price. Having them so near Emmanuel University is great for us parents that are not close enough the tire plugged for him very quickly and at a great price. It was quick and easy to get in. They did an excellent job and performing the services. Service advisor was more than helpful. This seems to be a what I would call a model dealership and Ford can be proud that is one of their affiliates! More

I took in my Ford Ranger and was told the camshaft synchronizer had gone bad. No problem and I paid them $1,100. As soon as the truck leaves the shop, the check engine light comes on. Keep in mind it synchronizer had gone bad. No problem and I paid them $1,100. As soon as the truck leaves the shop, the check engine light comes on. Keep in mind it hadn't been on before I took it in. Anyway, it's now on and I put it on a scanner and what does the scanner show? Code P0340 which indicates a "Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction," and yes I have a photo of the scanner to verify my claim. But they had just replaced that? And this was also the second trip my truck had made to this shop. I paid $1,100 for a camshaft synchronizer that didn't help me any. Service manager calls and asks me to bring the truck back.. Now why would I do that? Why couldn't it have been test driven and verified good that day? I have asked for a refund or even a partial refund and no luck. I just want some money back so I can get my truck back on the road, properly. I have no other vehicle and I am not rich. I just need a partial refund. Please no more calls asking me to bring the truck back. Just refund part of the labor and I will drop this More
