Absolutely GREAT service as always! This was my 6th regularly scheduled service visit and as always I was completely satisfied. This time Tom Coates was my Service Advisor, he checked me This was my 6th regularly scheduled service visit and as always I was completely satisfied. This time Tom Coates was my Service Advisor, he checked me in, insured my service was completed and my car washed while I waited. As my original sales person had retired and my lease will be up in a few months I asked Tom who I should see. He personally took me to the sales floor and when all the sales personal were with customers (it was a Saturday) GM Casey Krebs jumped in and took over. We reviewed my options, she showed me several new cars and along with Brent Ward made a plan to insure I got not only the best car but at the best price. I like doing business with these people. More

Casey Krebs was very helpful in answering the myriad of questions I asked about Toyota, and Amy Patterson guided me seemingly effortlessly through the financing. I am the former owner of a 2009 Toyota Corolla that I also purchased at Weiss Toyota Scion in 2009, and I received a good trade in value. Great Experience Buying a New Car We recently bought a new Toyota 4Runner from Weiss Toyota. We were able to agree on what we thought was a fair price without any haggling and felt as We recently bought a new Toyota 4Runner from Weiss Toyota. We were able to agree on what we thought was a fair price without any haggling and felt as a result that the car we bought was really a good value. Our salesperson, Mike Fallaw, has been very responsive to our questions at every stage of the process: before, during, and after the sale. The business manager, Mike Cross, gave us great advice regarding the extended warranty. And Casey Krebs, the General Manager, has been great about following up after the sale. We feel really good about the car we bought and the experience we've had with everyone at Weiss Toyota. More
