Buying a car can seem like a huge overwhelming decision - one that can produce quite a bit of anxiety in me. After receiving four other price quotes for the same car from other Honda dealers in the area, Indy Honda was quick to price theirs below my lowest quote. They even threw in free all-weather floor mats with my purchase. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Indy Honda. My sales rep (Casey Loughlin) was so kind & personable. Unlike sales reps I've encountered at other dealers, Casey's easy-going personality gave me a sense of calm & ease about the process, and I felt like I was not being pressured into anything I wasn't ready for. He also took the time (a lot of time) to patiently teach me how to use all of the features in the car, and he didn't make me feel bad for my lack of technical acumen. When I'm ready to get my next car, I'll call Casey first! More

I had narrowed my choices down to a couple of models / manufacturers, and Indy Honda made it easy. They let me look, let me ask questions, and didn't try to sell me a vehicle. Casey really took care of me. I didn’t feel pressured at any point and he was honest through the entire sale. He was very knowledgeable with the vehicles I looked at.
