Brian, Kofi, Elvis and Linda's team of service advisors are simply the best in the business. I recently had my Porsche Cayenne in for a quick fluid service and everything was as expected. The transaction was transparent and Brian was upfront about what services were actually needed which was refreshing compared to my experience with other Porsche service centers across the DC/VA/MD region. Being treated fairly is a hard thing to come by these days as dealers are also a business too. What makes Silver Spring the de-facto dealer in the area is how they balance the needs of the customers. This is why they are literally the #1 dealer in the country (not surprising for those of us who have bought and serviced cars elsewhere prior to making Silver Spring our home). The management team runs a tight ship/shop there. 2 Cayennes, 1 Boxster, 2 (soon to be 3) 911's later, no other dealer will ever touch my cars again. More

I paid this dealership $595 for a “professional” detail on my Porsche Cayenne, and the car was returned with bird droppings stains and fresh scratches. This is not only careless but shows a complete lack o on my Porsche Cayenne, and the car was returned with bird droppings stains and fresh scratches. This is not only careless but shows a complete lack of respect for the customer and the vehicle. At this price point, the service is an outright rip-off. Would avoid this place at all costs.
