I recently worked with Adrian Williams and Bruce Kim on the purchase of a new 911. From start to finish, the process was seamless. Purchasing a car in this segment has a lot of misconceptions and expectations but here, its no-frills/all-thrills which is quite refreshing. I was treated as a person (and not a number) but also provided with luxurious experience that aligns to the brand. The team also acted as a concierge and had the car's paint-protection-film installed by All American Paint Protection (undisputed in the enthusiast community as the de-facto PPF shop). To know that they only partner with the best in the area and not cut corners with value added services only reinforces their commitment to quality and not margins. The team then went out of their way to provide an exceptional delivery experience for me. They value every interaction and transaction with every customer. Common sense is the experience here and yes, while they're a business, they were reasonable, transparent, and forthright. The Service department led by Linda Harouna is widely regarded as the de-facto service center in the Mid-Atlantic with many local enthusiasts driving past other dealerships to have their cars serviced at Silver Spring.
