Overall experience was pleasant. *One bit of housekeeping advice, the water filling station was filthy and should be cleaned regularly or removed since you also offer water/drinks in a fridge. I usually bring a water bottle with me, but would NOT use that filling station due to the condition. Subaru waiting room, east side of the building. More

Excellent communication I had my rack and pinion replaced by another mechanic. I was unhappy with their service and the sound my vehicle kept making after I got it back. They did an amazing job re looking over my vehicle and trying to figure out what was wrong. They kept excellent communication the entire time with updates on my vehicle and conversations they had with my warranty company. Cassandra is an asset to the company. She was wonderful with me and took extra time to make sure I felt comfortable with what was going on. I had to end up taking my vehicle back to the place the fixed my vehicle due to warranty restrictions but I will definitely be coming back the next time my Subaru needs servicing More

I appreciate the call with additional possible things to be done on the car, but sometimes this call gets a little annoying, but with an older car, I probably just have a lot of things that could be done, and if they don't ask then I don't have the option. This is just the call we all dread from the car place after we drop it off. "well, the thing you wanted us to do is this, but we found these other. things that also could/should be done." As I said, this is not abnormal, and actually is useful so long as you don't feel pressured to do any of them, which I did not. More
