I was looking for a Crosstrek (my 1st SUV) & Cassidy was My salesperson, Cassidy Vaughn met my expectations & delivered a really pleasant experience! I was looking for a Crosstrek (my 1st SUV) & Cassidy was extremely knowledgeable on all the features (way more than my previous car) of the Crosstrek I not only test drove but purchased! It was a one & done deal! Also, I had a tour of the back of the house, the repair center with 18 bays (I think it was) & was impressed with the cleanliness & the operation. I've only had my Crosstrek 3 days now but so far so good! Cassidy told me to call him anytime if I have any questions & that's comforting to know. I'm 😊! More

As a first time Subaru owner, I am very pleased with my new purchase at Premier Subaru in Middletown. From the time I stepped onto the lot to the end of the transaction, all of the staff, from Cassidy, the new purchase at Premier Subaru in Middletown. From the time I stepped onto the lot to the end of the transaction, all of the staff, from Cassidy, the sales rep, to Gretchen, the financial manager, made me feel welcome. Both Cassidy and Gretchen were wonderful: knowledgeable, enthusiastic, yet never pushy, and always willing to answer any questions. As someone new to all the newer technology in today's vehicles I felt very comfortable asking questions and confident that Cassidy and Gretchen could provide the answers I needed, and in a kind and respectful manner. (I must mention that before deciding on a car I visited a different dealership by another maker which was a night and day experience.) I sincerely and highly recommend Premier Subaru and its staff as your first and only stop when shopping for your next vehicle. More

I would have to say, the first time visiting the dealership I was met by Casidy Vaughn. From that point forward, I have to say, it was a class 1 experience.
