So, I got a 2021 Toyota Corolla from this place. Since I've had the car, I've had to replace the wheel hubs all the way around along with the sensors. Also when I had to get the tires changed, the rear tires were from 2012, which doesn't makes sense when the car is a 2021. The sad part is, when the wheel hubs in the front were changed, it was pointed out to me that the wheel sensors on both sides looked like they were sheared off due to the bad wheel hubs. So tell me, do you really think I'm going to that dealership to have them fix anything to my car if they sent the car home with me in that condition? Honestly if I could give this place zero stars I would. More

OIL CHANGE DISASTER! BEWARE! I bought my car from Kunes, new, earlier this year, 2024. Part of the welcome package was a free oil change through the Kunes Mitsubis BEWARE! I bought my car from Kunes, new, earlier this year, 2024. Part of the welcome package was a free oil change through the Kunes Mitsubishi dealership. I had my first oil change and a month later the oil drain plug FELL OUT of my car on the highway on the way to work! Talk about a mess of a morning. It is BEYOND disappointing that the technicians do not know how to simply change oil properly. I can’t imagine what other parts of their service department are lacking. I was fortunate enough to have towing coverage through Mitsubishi. I was forced to miss work, had to waste my morning in the dealership while they checked the engine. They brought my car in, put a new drain plug in, refilled the oil and “ok”ed the engine. There were NO apologies and they did nothing to make the situation right. Had I been driving a few minutes more, or less diligent, my NEW car might have been completely inoperable due to a technicians incompetence. More
