I had a really good experience at Beardmore. Catherine Smith was my salesperson, and I found her to be very knowledgeable and a good listener. Easy process, and staff made me feel special by celebrating my purchase! I enjoyed talking with Catherine about how much she enjoys driving Subaru and showing so much excitement for me owning my fi celebrating my purchase! Our salesperson was Catherine Smith, if she was the only person we dealt with at beardmore Subaru, there wouldn’t be enough stars on the scale to rate her high enough. She was amazing from first contac only person we dealt with at beardmore Subaru, there wouldn’t be enough stars on the scale to rate her high enough. She was amazing from first contact til the time we drove away in my wife’s new car. She walked through everything on the vehicle with my wife over FaceTime and explained everything in detail to her. She actually focused on my wife (who is the primary driver of this vehicle) and not me. Then we get to the “sales manager” Dave Schoonover. I should have known he wasn’t an honest broker when he started talking about his “wholesale buyer” in negotiating the lowball trade in value on our extremely low Mileage and clean trade in. He was very condescending and kept shooting down every counter offer. I told my wife and the salesperson exactly what they ended up putting it on the lot for because they are going to keep it. Guess what, I was only $100 off in my estimation. We are going to be in the market in a few months again for another vehicle, but because of the actions of the sales manager, we will probably be shopping somewhere else where they deal fairly. DJ, the finance manager was also amassing, he got us in and out in record time and was not pushy at all (which is a rarity anymore in F&I). 5/5 star experience in his office! More
