The GM of this particular dealership is a very rude and unprofessional person, after numerous conversations, complaints about errors on the workmanship of the body shop I was treated horribly and even racial slurs was thrown my way my insurance company still paid $10,000 for work relndered and I was stuck with $2,000 car rental due to the fact my car was in the shop for 61 days and still uncompleted the GM never apologized or did anything about it in a professional manner or concern.
