Everyone at Gates of Granger was incredibly helpful and friendly! We were looking for a Honda or Toyota SUV when I came across the Honda CR-V being advertised online. Cerrae reached out to us and we schedu friendly! We were looking for a Honda or Toyota SUV when I came across the Honda CR-V being advertised online. Cerrae reached out to us and we scheduled an appointment to come look at the vehicle. Upon arrival, we were greeted with friendly smiles and assistance from sales staff. Tim P. was our sales representative who assisted in showing us the vehicle and taking us on a test drive. Tim was very helpful in providing the history and details of the vehicle which ultimately helped inform our purchase. We decided to go home with the vehicle. Cody Klein helped us get all the paperwork and finances settled. He was very engaged and made the process a good experience with good, friendly conversation. When all was said and done Tim even helped us get it home by driving it there for us as we only had one licensed driver. Thank you to everyone at Gates of Granger! More

Very friendly people. Jake was my sales guy and was very easy to deal with and made the hole process easy and wasn’t putting any pressure on me. Gave a 3 star because I was there for 4+ hours waiting when I had the vehicle I wanted chosen and my financing through my bank figured out. Also had a problem dealing with I believe he said he was the business manager. He tried to trick me into signing up for a financing application when I told them multiple times I was going through my personal bank. When I called him out for it he turned all red and made a rude remark asking why i don’t just pay for it in cash then. Other then that Jake was great and Rae was great for putting me in touch with Jake. More
