I made an appointment for an oil change and showed up accidentally on the wrong day. Nothing was said to me about this and they serviced my car without any issue and only when my car was ready it was men accidentally on the wrong day. Service rep didn’t believe me upon describing wiper noise. Service manager replaced after hearing our discussion. He did the right thing by believing the customer.
