My appointment was at 2:00. I did not get my vehicle until 3:45. This is too long for a routine oil change. The lobby was filthy. Dead beetles were everywhere. She said there were thousands more but she wasn’t worried because she sat behind the desk not in the lobby. My bill was 93.00. It did not explain what was done and no one talked to me about the service or my vehicle. It was so impersonal and expensive. More

Purchased a vehicle that needed a few things done. I Had the car a couple days and brought back to have the work done and get detailed. The brakes pads needed replacing and did not get done as discuss I Had the car a couple days and brought back to have the work done and get detailed. The detail job was just a bunch of leather conditioner in a real heavy coat I had to spend an hour wiping down to get it where it should be. They didn’t vacuum the vehicle at all. Overall experience was fine but they did not do the work they said they would and I’m left to deal with it. More
