The sales person I worked with was helpful and responsive to questions. There were multiple things added to the price of the car that I thought were optional but the sales manager said they were not. If they are not optional, they should be added to the window sticker and the price of the car(car doc, fabric warranty). I was also told that the navigation did not require a subscription but now that I have the vehicle, I found out that it does. More
