Chad has worked with me for probably a year or more of talking back of forth of getting into a new vehicle. Sales guys was Chad who was helpful during the first part of the buying process. I purchased auto start with my package and was told I’d receive a call to schedule an appointment for them to install it. 3-4 of the buying process. I purchased auto start with my package and was told I’d receive a call to schedule an appointment for them to install it. 3-4 days after closing I still had not received a call, so I called the dealership to schedule an appointment. I explained my situation and asked if I could be connected to the parts lady. I was transferred to Chad who answered my call with quite an attitude. I was confused why I was transferred to him so I figured I’d explain what happened and hope he could send me the right way and that would be all. Instead of being helpful I was responded to with annoyance and treated me very condescendingly. He tried to tell me I was wrong and the “actual day” my purchase was closed - he was incorrect. I felt very blown off and shocked that a company with such a “great reputation” would think that’s okay. I don’t want this to be described as “the angry customer that no one can please” because I am a very patient person - there were no conflicts when we met in person. I simply called and asked to scheduled my appointment, I don’t know why I was transferred to Chad and not the parts person. I don’t recommend Corwin Honda for the way Chad treated me over the phone. I don’t leave reviews, especially negative reviews, often. Do better, Corwin. More
